Notes from Peter behind the Pictures

I apologise for this late blog post- I’m finally getting round to it mid-month. It has been mad market season here at PPP HQ and I’m shutting up shop for the year. I have had so much fun at each market- Cohen & Co., Tedberry and Royal Hillsborough. It has been a delight to stand alongside great small businesses and meet new (and returning) folk. To see people engage with the work (whether they buy it or not!) makes it worthwhile.

I’d like to thank everyone who has supported me this year and kept me going. From my stockists to customers, it has been fun to make work for you all. 

I am going to hibernate now and find calm in the chaos of the season. I hope you do too.

Swann’s Way, Marcel Proust. I am rereading this with time in hand over the holiday. It is the William Carter edited edition of the Moncreiff translation. It has many, many notes. I can’t wait.
